Subject:	PC-less in Philadelphia; Need Help of Size

I'm in the market for a PC. This will be my first PC; I've never used one before; but I have settled on the brand -- Kuhn Rikon. But, it's that size thing again. Everywhere I read, buy larger; larger allows you more versatilty with accessories; you can cook small amounts in a larger pot but not large amounts in a small pot.

I'm single cooking just for me. On occasion, I may cook for someone else.

Should I buy the KR 7 Qt Duromatic Top Model or the 5 Qt Duromatic Top Model? Eventually, I think I'll also purchase the fry pan.

I'm going with the top model because I think I'll like this method for regulating the pressure. Has any one had any experience with the top model?
