Subject:         Anyone using the microwave pressure cooker by Nordic Ware?

The manufacturer's name for this item is: Tender Cooker.

I recently got one on ebay without the manufacturer's cookbook and so I am just experimenting around with it now. So far, it seems to do a fine job on beans. I'm using the same cooktimes as for my stovetop pc.

Anyone have recipes for or experience with this thing? I'd be interested in anything you can say about it. I'd be especially interested in comparisons to your stovetop pc.
