I am waiting for my Fagor Duo combi to arrive. This will be my first pressure cooker. I did look to see that it had a "pressure indicator" but don't know exactly what that means. Anyone else own this one?
I know to try water first, but other than that, what else would you suggest for a first time user? I think it comes with one of Sass' cookbooks, and I also ordered her vegetarian one.
