Subject: Processing quart jars in the PC

I've been canning hot salsa, tomato juice and Italian tomato sauce for the last 5 years.
(Using a boiling water canner)
This year I plan on using a 12 qt pressure cooker.
Everything I can is pre simmered/cooked and goes into hot sterile jars...
After the pressure cooker is hot.
How long should it take to process quart jars?
(I have a tendency to overcook everything!) :-)
