I think that they all are made of either aluminum or stainless steel. I would get a stainless steel model. Some are coated with a nonstick interior, personally I would stay away from those that are coated. If you can afford it I highly recommend the second generation pressure cookers such as the Kuhn Rikon, they are very easy to use and have multiple safety features. If you only get one I would get at least a 6 quart model. Fifteen pounds of pressure is somewhat of a standard pressure and I would try to find one that has this pressure option. Many do not, they will have a max of 12 pounds of pressure.
