It does sound like you are missing some parts. I guess the first thing that I would do is attempt to identify the model. You can do this by googling Magefesa and following some of the links to see if anything matches yours. If you can see through a hole in the top, your cooker will not build up pressure at all. Many manufacturers will not extend warranty to anyone but the original owner, so if you call prepare an excuse for why you lost the parts, but then you need to know what parts you are missing. Does the cooker have two short stubby handles, or does it have one short handle then a long handle on the opposite side? If it has the two short handles it might be the Rapid or Rapid II which are second generation cookers. You might also search ebay for Magefesa until you see one that looks like yours to help identify the model number. Where did you get the number for AccuPro from? Was it from Miss Vickies site? I broke the handle on a Rapid II and they made me send the lid to them to replace it. The replacement was a simple thing but it cost me something over $30 with shipping and all.
