Thanks so much for the quantitities and for the advice on cooking brown rice. More questions: Will brown rice always be sticky? Also, which method do you use for releasing the pressure? Do you allow it to release by simply taking it off the heat and waiting, or do you run cold water over the pan? When you say cook for 23 minutes under pressur do you reduce the heat once pressure is reached? Do you start timing once pressure is reached? Thanks so much!
