entirely different. One thing that you might try is to fluff the rice
after it is done cooking. Immediately upon opening the pressure cooker
take a long handled fork and turn the rice, bringing the bottom to the top, don't stir. After doing this let the rice sit for say 5 to 10 minutes before consuming.
