Oh, thanks for all the information! Do you cook dry beans in your pc? If I soak them overnight, and use the insert, approximately how long do I cook them for? I think the 10 liter is a great size if I use the insert, because I like leftovers. I am so glad I got the pc. I didn't know it, but my mom just told me yesterday that she got one for a wedding present years ago, and she used it all the time! She seemed interested in mine, and of course, I had to tell my mother-in-law about it, too. :-) Guy, you have been so helpful. This board seems sorta dead now. I guess I am coming in late...
