Yes, the soup was the first thing I cooked in a pc. :-)

So, when you saute something, do you put the insert pot on the burner, saute the garlic (or whatever), and then put the insert pot in the pc? Or do you use a separate pan to saute, and then dump it into the insert, which is in the pc? Just curious...

I had just a little pea soup residue on the lid.

My husband ate the pea soup. We've had it for several meals now, and he liked it, too! :-) I added some pepper when it was done, but I didn't use any salt. I thought it was very flavorful without anything, really. Oh, and I did use a red onion. It's a great, simple recipe! :-)
