My new cookbooks were delivered last night! They look like they have a lot of great recipes. Do you own any of Lorna Sass's books? If so, do you follow the cooking times exactly? What about when I cook with an insert? I'm not sure how to adjust the time... I think I've decided to just go ahead and get the 10 liter pc. Then if I love it, I'll get a 6 liter later on. :-D
