Long ago I eliminated any and all aluminum from my kitchen and
my life (this include deodorants). You should avoid cooking
ANYTHING in aluminum. It is unhealthy to say the least.

I've been looking into buying a pressure cooker and the GOOD ones
have an aluminum core surrounded by stainless steel. Yes, these
are more expensive but they are safer and well worth it. Especially
if you value your health.
