Subject:         Buying a pressure canner/cooker

I have only used a canner/cooker once but I like it and want to buy one. I want a big one, like 22 or 23 qt. but which name brand? Also I'm on a fixed budget(I mean REALLY fixed}so I really can't afford to buy new. Please help me..
