Here's my lentil soup recipe

1 cup green lentils
1/4 cup red lentils
1 onion
loads of garlic
1 lb red rose potatoes (chopped)
1/2 lb baby carrots (chopped)
4 stalks celery (chopped)
1/2 lb mushroom (chopped)
1 tbl curry
1 carton veggie broth
2 cups water

Cook under high pressure for 8 minutes. I use red lentils in everything. They add a lovely creaminess to most recipes.
