Worked great! I put water under the bowl and the rice and water in the bowl and (since I
needed to make the rice before I heard back from you) I set it for 25 minutes (but then I was
gone so it natural released). Rice was perfect and I am so happy I can still use my pressure
cooker even tho it has that flaked off non-stick scab in the bottom. BTW, does anyone know if that is really dangerous? Thanks again, Guy. Laurel
