suspended over the empty space and doesn't touch the bottom (maybe 2" below the bottom
of the bowl). Will that work? (This bowl isn't Pyrex--I hope it is strong enough).

I always used to do 25 minutes for brown rice. Would it be the same with an insert used in
this way?
