If you leave out the word "instruction" you get mainly ads, but with that one word, the first two things that came up were probably going to be what you were looking for.

OR you can write the Squeezo people and tell them that the manual got lost and can you get another one.

Mine is in storage and won't come out for a while, but if you still don't have one this summer, I'll see what I can do about getting a copy of it to you.

Hope you are successful. They are a bit of a pain to clean, but they are very helpful.
