I've gotten a couple of emails from the school but still wonder about some things. For example, my PC came with a tool that looks kind of like a wrench but it's flat and has a point at one end. It has a hexagonal hole in the other end that looks like it would loosen a large nut. What could this be? Do you ever take apart the PC?
