Incredible. How did you know that? Thank you so much for directing me. I have written to the sales dept and basically asked which more common brands (such as those written about on this board?) would be like mine in design and function, so I can take advice from the right people in learning how to use it. I will update you as to their response, but actually I am already making some headway on my own. For example, I notice that the Sicomatic has the little doohickey with the rings on it that somebody mentioned. It also has a little metal basket with small holes-what can be cooked in that?
