the 'agree to disagree' is a bit of a cop out.
i accept that you don't have time, but you need to demonstrate this claim of 'obviousness'.
you have made no response to any of the points in my last post and have simply declared the matter to be 'obvious'.
nor have you answered the two questions i asked at the bottom of the post.
i'm surprised by your approach, since i have found this discussion interesting and was hoping you did too - after all, you took the trouble to respond to my posts, albeit not always to their content.
in any case, if you are pressed for time, i understand. perhaps, we will be engaged in another discussion in the future that will not appear so 'obvious'.
