Dear, here in Brazil we don't have much processed vegan food but one can live pretty well on cereals, beans, roots, leaves, fruits etc.
First remember that 'not only from bread lives man', then that 'to who will ask, will be given'. That said, with your blessed brain you can find out how to feed yourself. If you need to talk about it, just write.
