You've already gone through your diet (and new supplements or vitamins I would assume) and probably thought about toiletteries and laundry detergents.
She could be teething- does she have dry skin on her cheeks and chin, or nose ? Mine does, and it's because of the inordinate amount of drooling that comes with teething. That makes my daughter's cheeks very itchy. Is it winter where you live ?
Another idea is that of hormonal changes you might be going through... any possibility you might be pregnant again ? The taste of breastmilk changes with a new pregnancy, and some babies don't like it anymore- the flow also diminishes, which causes the baby to want to pull on the nipple and sssstretch... ouch.
I wish you luck- keep up your spirits; it might just be a passing phase.
