Hi
My children and I are vegan. My son, as it turns out, apparently (or not so, since I've had to insist to get a blood test done) is anemic -low iron, low red blood cell count. I was not told if it was related to a b12 deficiency and the blood test called for a b12 check as well, so I'm assuming for now that that's fine.
I've always payed a lot of attention to b12, iron, protein and calcium consumption- he has been consuming more than enough.
Any tips on how to increase those amts ?
