Sometimes if a baby is restless during feeding it may mean they need to pee - try offering her a potty opportunity (just hold her over the bath/sink/potty, and let her know it's ok to "go"). This is often called "EC" or "Elimination communication", if you want to find out more on the "how to".
Does her nose seem congested or overly dry? Could she be teething?
I'd have another look at your diet, and any soaps, detergents, makeup, perfumes, etc you use. You can cut out soaps and things altogether, use sodium bicarbonate (baking soda or bicarb soda) to wash your face and hair (rinse hair afterwards with dilute apple cider vinegar), use sea salt to wash clothes and white vinegar in the fabric softener section. Clean your house with hot water only, no detergents or other cleaners.
Re diet, anything packaged can contain additives, like preservatives, artificial sweeteners, anti-caking agents, and other numbers which could be anything. Infants tend to react more strongly to these, and even though you haven't seen a reaction before, some things produce an effect after building up to a certain threshold over time.
I hope you get this sorted soon, and good on you for breastfeeding.
