I have 4 kids, two of which are very skinny. I am considering going to a whole foods plant based diet and am a little worried about my skinny kids. I read the china study and my skinny can not afford to lose any pounds in fact the need to gain about 4-5 lbs. First, how do I make the transition for my kids less painful? second how do I assure they get enough calories? I was thinking I would ease them into it. I looked in my refrigerator and I can not believe how much dairy we have and consume.
