As I remember, the other major point about that study
is that the average daycare is NOT high quality.
The accepted definitions include reasonable child to
carer ratio and low staff turnover. Staff turnover
can be incredibly difficult for very young children,
who naturally try to bond.
So if you have to "take what you can get/afford",
you are probably dealing with the lower quality
daycare situation.
