I am trying to introduce my 10 month old to many varieties of veggies, fruit, grains.

A few months ago he ate anything we gave him. Now it's very difficult since he spits most of it out unless its semi-sweet.

For example we gave him steamed carrots and green beans before and he
ate it. Now he spits it out. I have a feeling that it's because we
are giving him more sweet fruit and fruit juice+water.

So I had an idea to eliminate the sweet stuff for a few weeks and offer him other foods. Not sure it it will work.

He has some teeth now but shews with his gums. Can I give him rolled grains now? He has been eating mostly instant cereals up to this point
