How long did you hs? I hsed our oldest until the 2nd grade, and the next one for k and most of 6th grade. I do well with teaching them how to think (not so much what to think...as how to think for themselves), and do okay but not great at covering material. But I'm really bad at organization and consistancy with schedules and stuff like that. They don't need it to get through school, but dh puts that very high on his priorities for their careers/lives after school. So although he thinks hsing is better in a lot of ways than psing, he still wants them in ps and they are doing so well there, that I can't justify (to myself) bringing them out. But I miss them, too. I love holidays and bad weather days.
