I'm glad to hear everything went well. FYI I just wanted to share that my dh (and my 2yo ds) are both intact, and at the risk of sharing TMI, in the 10 years that my dh and I have been together, I've never noticed anything "unpleasant" about being intimate with an intact man. Basic personal hygiene (shower every day) is sufficient to maintain cleanliness, and he remembers his mother teaching him as a little boy how to properly clean himself.
Hopefully this will put your mind at ease that you've made the best decision; there really is no medical reason for routine circumcision, and I think your son will thank you for your decision to respect his body when he grows up :)
PS the name Daedalus is very cool!
