I've been trying to find vegan hard and soft shoes for Irish Dance for quite some time now and unfortunately haven't been able to find any. But: UK-based cruelty-free footwear manufacturer 'ethical WARES' told me recently, they need "about 12 pairs per style to make it even possibly viable" producing vegan shoes for Irish Dance - and well, that's not too much... :)
