The main thing to remember is that your baby needs certain nutients, so find vegan sources for the nutrients and you're set. they need enough protein. No problem. There are lots of sources of vegan protein. They need enough fat. No problem. Tofu, avocado, olives, nut butters.. They need minerals. Sea vegetables. No problem. B12 - that will likely require a supplement or fortified foods; the soy milk I use is fortified with B12. Do a little homework and you'll find this can be done very easily and healthfully.
