Nothing is simple when it comes to the Middle East. Yes, it is complex, I agree. Still, the principle is sound that retalliation that exceeds the original offence is wrong. Even retalliation that does not exceed the original offence is of questionable merit, especially if there is little chance of success. If both sides would just quit bombing and start talking... Like I said, there are no good guys in that conflict. Keith
