Subject: Lebanon and Israel??

I'm haveing a hard time following the events there. Is it me or does
it seem that Israel is being harsh? I have a friend with family in
lebanon and is very upset. I wonder what others think? How could peace
be met? When I have raised this question with others I have been
treated like I'm strange for not just going along with Isreal. Its not
that I support any one wageing unfair war or acting like terrorist's
its just that it seems that it all blew up. And it seems like alot of
people are dieing in beirut and Im not sure that there all terrorist's.
It also seems strange that there are alot of Americans there that are
not at all safe. Being younger I'm not sure of all the past history so
If my Post seem's uneducated It's because it is. And any advice and
thoughts are welcome. I do find this a very important post as my
generation is next and I would like to be able to be educated on the
subject so that a peaceful liveing will one day be met.
