...would disagree with you. Yes, history is repeating itself. Yes, the U.S. government and foreign policy deems only American lives worth saving. Yes, the U.S. only considers American interests. Yes, it is often humiliating to be an American citizen. So much good that could be done, and so much energy squandered pursuing goals in the opposite direction . . . I, too, hope 2006 brings better luck for all.
