Contrart to popular opinion, Bush has increased spending on the envirnoment more in 3 years than Clinton did on 8 years. The level of C)2 emissions in the US has decreased under Bush and the rate of decrease is actually higher (meaning that the situation is improving) Bush used real science, not fanaticism to determine environmental policy
