Excuse me while I rant:

Just had this exchange with a fellow American as we both watched the War
on Iraq infotainment special on CNN:

Him: Did you hear Turkey opened its airspace to our military?
Me: That was a mistake.
Him: Why?
Me: Because this is a crime.
Him: No, September 11th was a crime.
Me: Yes, caused by Saudia Arabians, not Iraqis.
Him: It's all the same there.
Me: Yeah, they all look alike, don't they?

I wonder if he caught the sarcastic meaning of my last words? Probably
not.
