3 tablespoons is certainly an amount that one could eat. Salads, foods cooked in oil, gourmet raw foods. I respectfully disagree. 1 drop of oil can slow digestion by hours. Oil is 100% refined fat and fat is in every fruit and vegetable without the need too take in concentrated sources of fat regularly.
