Sorry for the delay in my reply. As a new graduate, grades can always limit market potential.
I know it may not be an idea you look forward to, but I would consider re-taking those courses in which you think you could improve your grade. Nothing improves a C like an A. On the other hand, if you intend to be a writer for consumer media (for example), a C in biochemistry may not matter much.
Master's programs are becoming more and more desirable. But, I'd let your career goal help you decide on whether to consider a Master's program.
If you want to be a writer, consider a certificate in a Writing Program.
If you want to go into nutrition marketing, consider a marketing degree.
If you might focus on counseling people with eating disorders, consider a degree in psychology.
Other Master's possibilities include MPH (public health), health education, and of course, nutrition.
Think about what aspect of nutrition you are most successful at. That might be a good indicator of a career goal.
