I have practiced holistic living for over 20yrs. I am wanting to get a degree that will enable me to open up a health food market/co-op. I'm middle-class income and need to know which title will take the least amount time & money for schooling. I will be seeing my last child graduate in 2013
and wanted to have my license/degree w/in 5yrs. I am always educating my family and friends on the contents of what they are eating. For example; no msg, no hydrogenated oils, no artifical sweetners, etc. I am 100% convinced that the government is deliberately keeping these toxic foods on the supermarker shelves in order to keep the general population sick w/ diseases like, high blood pressure, diabetes,cancer,etc. Then they can go and be put on pharmacuticals and get even sicker. So my goal is to help people to understand "You are what you eat."So any advise or information will be greatly appreciated.
