Are you sure you need a Master's degree? In other words, what specifically do you want to do as a career?

If you're not 100% sure, you might want to write down some ideas, or at least the types of activities you do/don't enjoy for a job. This might help you verify that you do/don't need to spend more money and time on another degree at "this point" in your life ----given your statement that you've been interested in health for 30 yrs.

From your interests in writing and art, it sounds like designing nutrition websites might be worth considering, or possibly writing magazine articles or books.
