I think this is what I have..?? It is triggered by hard work outs (sometimes) and I thought by maybe to many nuts (cashews). Since I've been doing 811 is seems to have gotten better but now it's back. I kinda think it's the fats but I'm 155lbs and 5% body fat. Most days I'm well under 10% but for a few days in a month I'm as high as 30%+ and I think this may trigger it but I can't tell for sure. Still playing with it!! I feel like at 5% body fat how can this possibly be it? Though blood fat could be telling another story!
