I am at the end of my path to becoming an RD. I have completed my undergrad in dietetics, and just finished my dietetic internship and am studying for the RD exam. There are many opportunities available to RDs in general, but do you know how to find an opportunity in vegetarian/vegan nutrition? All the job listings I have found are for the more "conventional" dietetics...that promote animal products. I am not sure if I am looking for jobs in the wrong places, or if I just don't know the right people. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!!
