In my opinion, the anti-soy hype is exactly that---hype. They use shreds of facts to exploit American ignorance of nutrition.

Of course soy can be part of a healthy diet, but neither should it be the primary source of protein. Most of the soy products (tofu included) are low in fiber, and most of the processed items are high in sodium. We should be balancing soy intake with intake of other beans and nuts/seeds.
