Hi,
Could you please give me infomation on where I could possibly take classes to become a licenced nutritionist for a health food store and/or gym?
My mind is obsessed with proper nutrition and health matters,and I just cannot understand what is wrong with people in general that will not at least try to eat right!
I am a former Personal fitness trainer.
I had to go on a diet to lose weight because of my adictions to two many carbs and sugar in my diet.
Your right!, weight loss centers do not know about proper amounts of daily intake, that's their secret to quick weight loss!
They do not update their info. either!
I am know working my way back to the gym to tone and strenghthen, and would love it if someone could refresh my memory on how to up my Carbs,ect for my workouts.
One more thing-- At the weight loss center,the girl I have been seeing has a college degree from Penn State.(How can she possibly stand to support the teachings of the center???
