Subject:	Please help me find a school...

I just became a Vegetarian and I love eating healthy. Now I have decided to go back to School. I thought of being a Nutrition Professional because I love Fitness and Nutrition but after thinking real hard I think I would enjoy more being a Vegetarian Chef. I know that their are alot of Chef Schools but I cant find one that is for someone who wants to be a Vegetarian Chef... Is their a demand for this. I believe in the future their will be many more Vegans and Vegetarians and also Vegetarian Restaurants and I would love to work for one and maybe one day run one... Do you know of good Vegetarian Culinary/Chef School?... Is their one in the USA or Europe... Please Help... THANKS
