It's funny you mention the land-grant university because that is what I will be attending, University of Nevada, Reno. I have 4 kids 7 and under and a husband who travels so I don't have my choice of colleges.

I think I've decided the dietician route is not for me. I didn't mention my third choice which was a degree in social work. I'm leaning towards the BSW because there are so many options with this degree although most won't have a lot do with nutrition. I'm also toying with a degree in Health Ecology that they offer at UNR. I'm just not sure what type of jobs will be available to me with this degree. I also have it in the back of my mind that I could get my MPH with either degree.

It is so hard to choose. I have to consider what my interests are as well as what career will have available jobs as well as flexibilty for my family.
