Subject:	Vegan Cheesecake

I live in the Atlanta GA It has taken me several years but I have finally mastered Vegan Cheescake. It is firm creamy and delicious. It is quite costly and takes 5 days to prepare and bake. I would like to sell it to retailers but I have no idea of how to price it. Please Help
