Hi Mark,
I have a couple ideas for ways to spread the "high nutrient eating" gospel either as a Master's Project or once I'm finished, and I was curious about your opinion on how viable they are:
1. Doing clinics for Physicians on the effectiveness of a plant-based diet for various disease prevention/treatment and how to encourage their patients to eat better (would they take a Master's level nutritionist seriously? Or would I need to find an MD/PhD to do it with me to give me more credibility?)
2. Giving nutrition clinics at companies (having them hire me to give an optional talk)-- obviously large companies rather than small ones, but I have heard of companies doing this.
3. Family nutrition workshops at schools/hospitals (I know hospitals tend to have their own nutritionists though).
Thoughts?
Bree
