This is a great post Mark and just what I needed.
The best thing I have to offer is food prep classes. I need to market them better and find a place to work out of. I want a demo kitchen with a small storefront selling kitchen equipment and cool gadgets not supplements. I've authored 3 recipe books for Hallelujah Acres but am too scattered with my Health Ministry. So, my question is, do you think it would be possible to open such a place based solely on cooking classes-both raw and cooked drawing from alot of veg resources? I am also wondering if you have ever tried to get endorsements from local doctors-I am thinking to approach some docs at the Cleveland Clinic for endorsements (I live nearby) but I don't have any fancy degrees. I could use those endorsements in local advertising.
