Earthgirl, Good for you! My commute was about the same. The school was not "distant", but to go during rush hour made it a 30-45 min. trip. I took most of my hard science (organic chem, microbiology, anatomy & phys I & II) at a community college. It was much cheaper and much more convenient. When you have your meeting, be sure you're meeting with the professor who will actually sign your form certifying your eligibility to proceed to your internship. This may or may not be the department chair. I sorta remember being 32....a little. :) Mark Rifkin, MS, RD, LDN
